摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤患者PICC并发症发生的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法对26例留置PICC肿瘤患者的资料进行回顾性总结,了解和分析其并发症发生情况和原因。结果本组26例患者中,发生PICC并发症有8例,发生率为30.8%,其中置管不成功、穿刺口渗血、静脉炎、皮肤过敏样反应、导管脱出和导管部分断裂各1例,导管异位2例。结论熟练的操作技术、做好导管维护及对患者的宣教是预防及减少PICC并发症的重要措施。Objective To investigate the causes of complications induced by peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC）in cancer patients and summarize pertinent nursing measures.Method The clinical data of 26 tumor patients with PICC were analyzed retrospectively .Result The complications occurred in 8 patients with a rate of 30.8%, among which unsuccessful catheteration occurred in 1 case,oozing of blood at the mouth of catheter in 1 case,phlebitis in 1 case,dislocation in 1 case,skin allergy-like reactions in 2 cases and catheter emersion in 1 case,catheter breaking in 1 case and dislocation in 2 cases.Conclusion The skilled operation,preventive maintenance of catheters and health education to the patients are the important measures for prevention and reduction of the complications.
