摘  要:为了筛选含油率高、稳定性好、受环境影响小的甘蓝型油菜资源用于杂交油菜新品种选育,以含有219个家系的重组自交系SWU-2群体为材料,采取田间多年多点试验研究了不同环境条件对油菜含油率的影响。结果表明:SWU-2群体父本中油821的含油率对环境较钝感,母本GH06含油率对环境较敏感;在SWU-2群体的219个家系中,有8个基因型材料的含油率对环境钝感,其含油率变化小于2百分点;有5个基因型材料对环境敏感,其含油率变化大于5百分点。SWU-2群体219个家系中的8个基因型材料可作为含油率稳定型资源用于甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种选育。The SWU-2 population of recombinant inbred lines containing 219 families were tested under different environment conditions in different years to study the effect of different environment condition on their oil content in B. napus and screen rape resources with high oil content for breeding of hybrid rape variety. The oil content of Zhongyou 821 in male parents of SWU-2 population is an insensitiveness to environment but the oil content of GH 06 in female parents of SWU-2 population is a sensitiveness to environment. There are five genotypes with a sensitiveness to environment in 219 families of SWU-2 population and the change in the oil rate is higher than 5%. There are 8 genotypes with an insensitiveness to environment in 219 families of SWU-2 population and the change in the oil rate is less than 2%, which indicates that 8 genotypes with an insensitiveness to environment can be used as resources with stable oil content in breeding of hybrid rape variety in Brassica napus.
