干旱胁迫下3个草地早熟禾品种生理指标的变化

摘  要:为城市公共绿地的日常养护管理及景观营造寻求抗旱性好的品种提供依据,以正常养护为对照,通过设置停水5d、10d和15d3种干旱胁迫处理,研究了3个草地早熟禾品种的抗旱特性。结果表明:1)相对含水量,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,各品种叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势,干旱胁迫15d时,优异、兰肯和午夜叶片相对含水量分别下降25.52%、29.25%和12.39%。2)叶绿素含量,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,3个草地早熟禾品种叶片叶绿素含量呈下降趋势。干旱胁迫至15d时,优异、兰肯和午夜叶片叶绿素含量分别下降38.46%、53.29%和39.29%。3)脯氨酸含量,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,3个品种叶片脯氨酸含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,当干旱胁迫至15d时,午夜脯氨酸含量积累最多,为对照的6.03倍;兰肯脯氨酸含量积累最少,为对照的2.80倍。4)可溶性蛋白含量,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,3个草地早熟禾品种体内可溶性蛋白含量呈逐渐上升的趋势;干旱胁迫至10d后,午夜的可溶性蛋白显著高于优异和兰肯。5)过氧化物酶(POD)活性,随着干旱胁迫的加剧,3个草地早熟禾品种POD活性呈上升趋势;15d时,午夜POD活性最高可达83.1U/(min·g FW),为对照的1.91倍;兰肯最低,为对照的1.60倍;抗旱性顺序为午夜>优异>兰肯。3个草地早熟禾品种均具有一定抗旱特性,午夜抗旱性适应能力最强,兰肯的适应能力最弱。The drought resistance of three meadow grass varieties was studied under three different drought stresses to provide the scientific basis for breeding of grass varieties with strong drought resistance.The results showed that:1)The leaf relative water content of three varieties presents a decline trend with increase of drought stress duration and the leaf relative water content of Youyi,Lanken and Wuye varieties decreases by 25.52%, 29.25% and 12.30% under 15d duration of drought stress separately;2)The leaf chlorophyll content of three varieties presents a decline trend with increase of drought stress duration and the leaf chlorophyll content of Youyi,Lanken and Wuye varieties decreases by 38.46%、53.29% and 39.29% under 15d duration of drought stress respectively;3)The leaf proline content of three varieties presents a gradual rising trend with increase of drought stress duration and leaf proline accumulation of Wuye,Youyi and Lanken varieties is 6.03,3.83 and 2.80 times that of CK respectively;4)The soluble protein content of three varieties presents a gradual rising trend with increase of drought stress duration and the soluble protein content of Wuye variety is significantly higher than Youyi and Lanken varieties after 10d duration of drought stress;5)The POD activity of three varieties presents a rising trend with increase of drought stress duration and the POD activity of Wuye and Lanken varieties is 1.91,1.63 and 1.60 times that of CK separately.In conclusion,three meadow grass varieties all have a certain drought resistance and their drought resistance is Wuye Youyi Lanken.
