摘  要:为了解安顺烟区苗期烟草普通花叶病(TMV)的带病情况,于2010—2013年应用抗原直接包被ELISA法,对安顺烟区所有烤烟育苗点6 247个烟苗样品进行了TMV检测。结果表明,所有检测烟苗样品均有一定的带毒率,不同年度间烟苗TMV阳性检出率有较大差异,且烟苗带毒率与育苗集中度、检测时期、剪叶次数等密切相关。育苗集约化程度提高、苗龄和剪叶次数增加,烟苗TMV阳性检出率提高,感染TMV的风险增大。6,247 tobacco seedling samples from all nurseries in Anshun were detected for tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)by ELISA (enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay)from 2010 to 2013.The results showed that certain levels of TMV were detected in all samples,TMV detection rate was varied in different years.The viruliferous rate of seedlings was closely correlated with the concentration degree of nurseries,detection time,and times of leaf-cutting.Along with the increase of nursery intensification, seedling age,and times of leaf-cutting,the detection rate of tobacco seedling could be increased,and risks for TMV infection also be increased.
