摘 要:为探讨桔梗在氮、磷、钾不同配方施肥下抗氧化酶活性的变化规律,采用盆栽正交试验设计,对桔梗叶片丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性进行了测定。结果表明:不同配方施肥对桔梗抗氧化酶活性有显著影响。氮、磷、钾配比合理时,丙二醛含量较低,膜伤害度较小,抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、POD活性最高。最佳施肥配比为N 0.15g/kg、P2O50.2g/kg、K2O 0.25g/kg。For exploring the change regulation of autioxidant enzyme activities of P .grandiflorum applied with different formulated fertilization,the activity of MDA,POD,SOD,CAT in the leaves of P .grandiflorumwere measured by orthogonal design.The results showed that the combined fertilization of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had remarkable effects on the antioxidant enzyme activities of P .grandiflorum.When the combined fertilization of N,P,K was reasonable,the content of MDA was lower and the injured degree of the cell membrane were slighter.The activity of SOD,CAT,POD were the highest.N:0.15 g/kg,P2 O5 :0.2 g/kg,K2 O:0.25 g/kg soil was the best ratio.
