中草药添加剂对关岭黄牛生长及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为探明中草药添加剂对牛增重及免疫功能的影响,选取贵州关岭黄牛15头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组,每组3头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加首乌、黄芪等12味中草药添加剂3%、4%、5%和6%,试验期29d;试验前和试验后分别空腹称重,计算日增重、料肉比,并采集血样检测血常规指标、免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA和IgM）含量变化。结果表明：在基础日粮中添加不同比例的中草药添加剂对关岭黄牛的增重均有促进作用,能提高大未染色细胞数和单核细胞百分率以及IgG、IgM和IgA的水平,降低中性粒细胞百分率和血小板平均体积。中药添加剂具有促进关岭黄牛增重、增强免疫功能的作用,其中以添加5%的比例最佳。15 Guanling yellow cattle were divided into 5 groups （CK,GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ,Group Ⅲand Group Ⅳ ）randomly and averagely,and then the daily weight gain,feed conversion ratio,blood routine index and immune globulin content of CK fed with basic ration and test groups fed with basic ration plus 12 Chinese herbal medicine additives with different proportion（3%,4%,5% and 6%）to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on daily weight gain and immune function of Guanling yellow cattle.The results showed that adding Chinese herbal medicine additives into basic ration can increase daily weight gain,large unstained cells（LUC）and percentage of mononuclear cells（MONO%）and content of IgG,IgA and IgM,and decrease mean platelet volume and percentage of neutrophile granulocyte.In conclusion,Adding 5% Chinese herbal medicine additives into basic ration has the best effect on growth and immune function of Guanling yellow cattle.
