摘　　要：为了解贵州地区宠物犬、流浪犬和农村散养犬的狂犬病疫苗免疫状况和病毒携带情况,在贵州部分地区采集245份犬血清样本、320份犬唾液样本进行狂犬病血清抗体和病毒抗原及核酸检测。结果表明:在245份犬血清样本中有149份为狂犬病抗体阳性,阳性率为60.82%,其中城市宠物犬、流浪犬和农村散养犬分别为76.40%、40.48%和56.14%;在320份犬唾液样本中有31份为狂犬病病毒抗原阳性,阳性率为9.69%,其中城市宠物犬、流浪犬和农村散养犬分别为6.71%、9.05%和10.53%,但RT-PCR检测均为狂犬病病毒核酸阴性。说明,贵州部分地区犬狂犬病疫苗免疫强度不高,且有部分狂犬病病毒抗原阳性犬,应加强犬只的管理与免疫。The rabies serum antibody,virus antigen and nucleic acid of 245 serum samples and 320 saliva samples from some areas of Guizhou were detected to study rabies vaccine immune status and virus-carrying condition of pet dogs,street dogs and dogs in villages.The results showed that：1）The rabies antibody positive rate of 245 serum samples is 60.82%,of which,the positive rate of pet dogs,street dogs and dogs in villages is 78.40%,40.48% and 56.14% separately;2）The rabies virus antigen positive rate of 320 serum samples is 9.69%,of which,the rabies virus antigen positive rate of pet dogs,street dogs and dogs in villages is 6.71%,9.05% and 10.53% respectively,but the RT-PCR detection results showed that the nucleic acid of rabies virus all is negative,which indicates that management and immunization of dogs should be further strengthened because the immune strength of rabies vaccine is not enough in some areas of Guizhou Province and there are some dogs with positive rabies virus antigen.
