摘  要:以野生大林姬鼠(Apodemus peninsulae)为试验材料,对其消化系统各段长等指标进行了测量和分析,试验结果表明:大林姬鼠的消化道总长为(458.13±24.50)mm,是体长的(4.49±0.30)倍。其中,小肠占消化管总长的62.19%±0.98%,为体长的2.77±0.20倍,大肠占消化管总长的23.45%±0.80%,为体长的1.05±0.05倍。与各段消化道相比,大林姬鼠的小肠最发达,这与其食性密切相关。相关性分析表明大林姬鼠的消化道总长与体长不相关,与体质量相关,体质量(y)与消化道总长(x)的相关方程为y=0.06x+0.07。Took wild Apodemus peninsulae as experiment materials, we measured and analyzed several indices of digestive system.The results showed that the overall length of the gastrointestinal tract was(458.13±24.50) mm which was(4.49±0.30) times of the body length. The small intestine accounted for 62.19% ±0.98% of the total length of the gastrointestinal tract which was 2.77 ±0.20 times of the body length. The large intestine accounted for 23.45% ±0.80% of the total length of the gastrointestinal tract which was1.05±0.05 times of body length. The small intestine was the most developed which was closely related with its diets. Correlation analysis showed that the gastrointestinal tract length was not relevant with the body length but related with the body weight. The equation of the body weight(y) and the total length of the gastrointestinal tract(x) was y=0.06x+0. 07.
