摘  要:为研究硫对大蒜光合特性和N、P、K元素吸收的影响,试验采取设施水培大蒜。结果表明,在0~2.25 mmol·L^-1硫浓度范围内,光合色素含量、光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)随施硫浓度增加而升高,至硫浓度为2.25 mmol·L^-1时最高;蒸腾速率(E)在1.50 mmol·L^-1时最高;当硫处理浓度为3.75 mmol·L^-1时,鳞茎和蒜薹中全氮含量最高;鳞茎和蒜薹中全P和全K含量均以2.25 mmol·L^-1时最高,较不施硫处理分别高出235.98%,152.03%,41.11%和44.85%。The effects of different levels of sulfur content on photosynthesis characteristics and NPK absorption were studied by nutrient solution. The results showed that when sulfur content was 2.25 mmol·L^-1, the photosynthetic pigment contents, photosynthetic parameter(Pn, Gs, Ci, E) in garlic leaves were higher. When sulfur content was 1.50 mmol·L^-1, evaporation rate was higher. The total nitrogen content of garlic bulb and bolt reached maximum when sulfur content was 3.75 mmol·L^-1, while the total phosphorus and total potassium of garlic bulb and bolt were higher when sulfur content was 2.25 mmol ·L^-1,which were increased by235.98%,152.03%,41.11% and 44.85%.
