摘 要:以氧氯化锆(Zr OCl2·8H2O)、氯化钾(KCl)和氢氟酸(HF)为原料,采用反应结晶的方法,在不同的加料方式、p H值、反应温度及反应物浓度的条件下制备了氟锆酸钾产品。测定了产品的堆积密度、锆含量及熔点。结果显示:p H值及加料方式对产品堆积密度的影响较大,反应物浓度及反应温度基本无影响;以对加的方式,反应底液的p H值为10时,产品的堆积密度可达2.17 g/cm3。With zirconyl chloride, potassium chloride and hydrofluoric acid as raw materials, potassium fluorozirconate products were prepared in the conditions of different feeding methods,different p H values,different reaction temperatures and different reaction concentrations by reactive crystallization method. The bulk density,zirconium content and melting point of the products were measured. The results showed that the larger factors on bulk density were p H value and feeding method,effect of reaction temperature and the reaction concentration can be ignored. The bulk density of product can be up to 2. 17 g / cm3.
