摘　　要：大学生科研与科技创新活动已成为我国许多高校为提高人才培养质量、培养大学生创新意识和创新能力而采取的一项行之有效的新举措。该文首先论述了大学生科研与科技创新活动在高校人才培养中的必要性,然后分析了大学生科研与科技创新活动在大学生创新意识的培养、大学生创新能力的提高、本科毕业论文质量的提高及促进学生就业与考研的作用,以期鼓励更多的大学生参与科研与科技创新活动。College students＇ scientific and technological innovation activities became effective new measures taken by many universities in our country to improve the quality of personnel training,cultivating innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students. The necessity of college students＇ scientific research and technological innovation activities in universities＇ personnel training was first discussed,and then the role of college students＇ scientific research and technological innovation activities in cultivating college students＇ innovation consciousness,as well as in improving innovation ability and graduation thesis＇ quality of college students,promoting students＇ employment,and promoting students＇ further education,was analyzed. The aim was to encourage more students to participate in scientific research and technology innovation activities.
