摘  要:在实验室条件下,进行了3种温度(15、20、25℃)对体质量分别为(23.9±2.0)、(30.1±1.5)、(43.8±1.6)g的红鳍东方鲀Takifugu rubripes幼鱼呼吸和代谢的影响试验。结果表明:在温度为15~25℃时,红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的耗氧率(RO)和排氨率(RN)均随着温度的升高而增大,RO和RN与温度(T)之间的关系符合指数函数关系;红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率均随着鱼体质量的增加而减少,RO和RN与体质量(W)之间的关系符合幂函数关系;红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的O/N值随温度的升高而降低,随体质量的增加而升高。研究表明,在试验温度范围内,红鳍东方鲀幼鱼对温度的敏感性相对较弱,温度变化对其代谢的影响较小,且红鳍东方鲀幼鱼摄取的主要能源物质是蛋白质。The effects of temperature ( 15 , 20 and 25 ℃) and body weight [ ( 23 . 9 ± 2 . 0 ) , ( 30 . 1 ± 1 . 5 ) and (43. 8±1. 6) g] on oxygen consumption rate ( RO ) and ammonia excretion rate ( RN ) were investigated in tiger puffer Takifugu rubripes juveniles in a lab. The results showed that the values of RO and RN were increased with the water temperature increasing, with exponential relationship, at water temperature ( T) from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃. How-ever, the values of RO and RN were shown to be decreased with the increase in fish body weight, with power rela-tionship. In addition, the O/N ratios of the juveniles were decreased with warming water temperature, but in-creased with increase in body weight. The findings indicate that the tiger puffer juveniles have the relatively weak sensitivity to temperature, and less effect of temperature fluctuation on metabolism, and use dietary protein as main energy sources.
