摘 要:为了制备聚合度大于3 000的高聚合度聚乙烯醇,以生物醋酸乙烯为原料、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂、甲醇为溶剂进行溶液聚合反应研究,考察了温度、搅拌转速、引发剂用量、甲醇用量和聚合时间对生物醋酸乙烯聚合反应的影响,采用正交试验法对生物醋酸乙烯溶液聚合的反应条件进行了筛选,并通过凝胶色谱对最优条件下制得的聚醋酸乙烯进行了分子量的测定。结果表明,最优的聚合反应条件为:聚合温度65℃,搅拌转速200 r/min,聚合时间2 h,甲醇用量10%,引发剂用量0.005%,所得的产品聚合度为3 640;极差分析确定了影响聚醋酸乙烯聚合度的主次顺序为:甲醇用量、引发剂用量和聚合时间;由凝胶色谱分析可知,在最优条件下可以制备得到的聚醋酸乙烯分子量分布为1.2。说明以生物醋酸乙烯为原料进行溶液聚合可以得到高聚合度、分子量分布较窄的产品。In order to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA ) with polymerization degree greater than 3 000, solution polymerization was carried out using biorefined vinyl acetate as raw materials, azodi-isobutyronitrile ( AIBN) as initiator, methanol as solvent, respectively.The effects of temperature, stirring speed, initiator ratio, methanol dosage and polymerization time on the polymerization reac-tion of biorefined vinyl acetate were discussed systematically.Orthogonal experiments were estab-lished to get the optimum technological conditions of polymerization.The molecular weight of polyvi-nyl acetate(PVAc) were characterized by gel-chromatography (GPC).The results showed that, the optimum reaction conditions of polymerization were: reaction temperature 65 ℃, stirring speed 200 r/min, reaction time 2 h, methanol dosage 10%, initiator ratio 0.005%.Under the reaction conditions the polymerization degree of PVA could be 3 640.By orthogonal design method,the re-sults showed that the order of affecting polymerization degree were the methanol dosage, initiator ra-tio, reaction time.The GPC showed that the molecular weight distribution under the optimum poly-merization technique was 1.2.Solution polymerization with biological vinyl acetate ( VAc) as raw materials can get the products with higher polymerization degree and narrower molecular weight dis-tribution.
