摘  要:为了达到FCC(重油流态化催化裂化)废触媒再生利用变废为宝的目的,以再生FCC废触媒负载镍为催化剂进行松脂加氢反应性能以及生成产物成分的研究。采用4因素4水平正交实验考察了温度、压力、催化剂用量、反应时间对反应转化率的影响以及自制催化剂的重复使用效果,利用气—质联用、气相色谱和紫外分光光度法测定产物的组成。结果表明,松脂加氢反应最优反应条件为:温度200℃,压力6 MPa,催化剂用量5 wt%,反应时间为100 min。气—质联用分析结果表明,松脂加氢反应产物中残留的未反应组分枞酸的含量为1.20 wt%,发生异构化副产物组分去氢枞酸的含量为8.06 wt%。气相色谱和紫外分析结果表明,反应产物中枞酸含量小于2 wt%,去氢枞酸的含量小于10 wt%,含量均符合氢化松香国家标准GB/T14020-2006特级产品的质量技术指标。催化剂重复使用7次后加氢转化率和选择性分别仅减小1%和0.9%,可见催化剂性能稳定且寿命较长。Catalytic hydrogenation of pine gum was investigated using regenerated waste FCC cata-lyst laoded with nickel.The orthogonal table with 4 factors and 4 levels was used for inspecting the optimum conditions of pine gum hydrogenation.In addition, the repeated use effect of the regenera-ted waste FCC catalyst laoded with nickel was studied.The product was tested by GC-MS, gas chro-matography and the ultraviolet spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum conditions of the hydrogenation of pine gum over the catalyst are that:reaction temperature 473 K, pressure 6 MPa, catalyst content 5 wt%and reaction time 100 min.The unreacted abietic acid and the dehydroabiet-ic acid in the product of pine gum hydrogenation are 1.20 wt%and 8.06 wt%, respectively.The chromatography and ultraviolet analysis showed that the abietic acid and dehydroabietic acid in the product less than 2 wt% and 10 wt%, respectively, which is accord with national standard GB/T14020-2006.After the catalyst was used seven times, the conversion and selectivity of cata-lytic hydrogenation of pine gum decreased by 1% and 0.9%, respectively, which showed that the performance of the catalyst is stable.
