摘 要:以实际煤气化生产用原料煤为例,基于生产中煤灰成分与灰熔融特性的检测数据,对煤灰中总酸、总碱、酸碱比以及Si O2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、Ca O含量对灰熔点的影响进行分析,对熔融指数FI、灰渣形式与灰熔点的关系进行探讨,旨在从灰成分的不同角度研究煤灰灰成分对灰熔点的影响。结果表明,煤灰中单一化学成分含量多少与煤灰熔融特征温度间没有绝对的规律,且目前不同的学术研究观点也对煤灰成分与灰熔融特性的关系有不同的见解,没有普遍和万能的理论规律,因此需要对二者的关系有一个辩证客观的认识。Taking the feed coal used by the coal gasification plant as an example, this paper analyzes the impact of total acid, total alkali, acid/alkali ratio, SiO2 content, Al2O3 content, Fe2O3 content, CaO content of coal ash on ash melting point based on the test data of coal ash composition and ash melting property during the production. The relationship between melting index FI, the form of cinder and ash melting point is discussed, aiming at researching the influence of ash composition on ash melting point from different aspects of ash composition. The results show that there is no absolute rule between the amount of a single chemical composition and coal ash melting characteristic temperature. Meanwhile, the present different academic views have different understandings on the relationship between coal ash composition and ash melting property. There is no universal theoretical rule. Therefore, a dialectical objective understanding on the relationship between coal ash composition and ash melting property is required.
