休克诊治中应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：休克是危重病患者最常见和最重要的临床问题,涉及各级各类医院的临床各个科室,尽管每天都在诊治休克患者,但由于休克病因繁多、病理过程复杂多变,在诊治过程中仍存在许多问题需要注意和完善,为进一步提高休克的抢救成功率,就休克诊治中经常遇到的问题做一简要总结分析。Shock is the most common and most important clinical problem for critical patients, involved in all kinds of Clinical departments. In spite of the diagnosis and treatment of shock patients every day, but the pathogeny is various and the pathological process is complex and changeable, many problems should be improved in treating those patients. In order to further improve the success rate of the shock rescue, some suggestions about shock treating were put forward in clinical practices.
