摘　　要：临床路径是一种全新的科学的质量效益型医疗护理管理模式,广泛应用到临床医疗及护理工作中,取得了很好的效果。将临床路径的定义及研究现状做一综述,并汲取临床路径的核心(以病人为中心,提供具有严格时间、地点、标准化的治疗护理计划)及国内外取得的成功经验,拟将临床路径管理模式用于养老机构失能老人的照料护理中,并将此设想做一阐述。Clinical pathway（CP）, a new scientific quality-benefit model of medical nursing management, is widely used in clinical and nursing work and gets good effects. The paper reviews the deifnition and research status of clinical pathway, and in view of the core of the clinical pathway （take patient as center, provide nursing plan with strict time, place and standard） and the successful experience at home and abroad, it will apply the clinical path management mode to nursing institution and describe the assumption.
