摘　　要：影响房价的因素很多,货币政策会通过中央银行的利率、货币供应量与信贷规模等因素对房价的波动产生影响。在探讨货币政策与房价关系的基础上,分析货币政策对房价调控存在的问题,进而探讨完善我国货币政策调控房价的对策。There are many influencing factors of housing price, in which the monetary policy will affect the housing price by interest rate of central bank, money supply, credit quota and other factors. Based on discussing the relationship between the monetary policies and housing prices, this paper analyses the problems of monetary affecting housing price regulation, studies the countermeasures to improve China＇s monetary policy for housing price regulation.
