市场在粮食价格形成机制中的作用研究

摘　　要：粮食是关乎国计民生的商品,其价格的波动会影响市场中供求双方利益。构建合理科学的粮食价格机制,能够有效防范价格的大幅波动,调动农民种粮积极性,保障国家粮食安全。让粮食价格在市场竞争中形成,虽然可以发挥价格优化资源配置的作用,但也会出现"市场失灵"现象。因此,应当充分发挥政府对粮食价格的调控作用,同时建立农业合作组织、加强信息发布,从而真正解决粮食市场的"买贵卖难"问题。Grain is always an important good in people＇s livelihood, the price fluctuation will affect the interests of the both sides in the market. Thus, the reasonable and scientific establishment of grain price mechanism will effectively prevent the drastic fluctuation, motivate the planting enthusiasm and guarantee national grain safety. Grain price will form in the market competence, which may play a role of optimizing the resource allocation in the grain price mechanism, but it will work out the ＂market failure＂ during the grain price formation. Therefore, government should play a full role of regulating the grain price, take the both as dual complement and organic integration, establish agricultural cooperation organization, and strengthen the information publishing to really solve the problem of ＂buy expensively but sale difficultly＂ in the grain market.
