摘　　要：依据棉花市场价格形成机制的运行环境,分析了国内外棉花市场价格形成机制的特征,构建了市场价格、产销平衡产量和目标价格三者有机结合的价格形成机制模型,从而在理论上构建了安全且平稳的棉花价格形成机制,最后提出了棉花价格形成机制运行的配套政策建议。According to the running environment of the cotton market price formation mechanism, this paper analyses the characteristics of the formation mechanism of domestic cotton market price, establishes the price formation mechanism model integrated with market price, co-ordination of supply and marketing and target price, thus sets up safe and stable cotton price formation mechanism in theory, and puts forward related political suggestion.
