摘　　要：对竞技体育在公共体育服务体系中的作用进行阐释。认为:竞技体育的公益性是将其纳入公共体育服务体系的学理基础,将竞技体育纳入公共体育服务体系是历史演进的自然选择、世界竞技体育强国的共同经验、服务型政府建设的内在要求和实现体育强国战略的需要。The study has elaborated the role of competitive sport in the public sport service system, It holds that the nature of public interest in competitive sport lays the theoretical basis for the incorporation of competitive sport into public sport service system. This incorporation is the natural selection of historical evolution, the common experience of world competitive sport powers, and the internal need both for a service-oriented government construction and for the accomplishment of sport power strategy.
