河南省产业集聚与区域制度创新能力互动关系探究

摘　　要：产业集聚是区域经济发展的重要增长极,制度创新则是产业集聚持续发展的不竭动力。以河南省为例,在测度其产业集聚及区域制度创新能力水平的基础上,多角度剖析了两者之间的互动关系,并基于区域制度创新的视角对提升河南省产业集聚发展提出了可行性的对策和建议。Industry agglomeration is an important growth pole of the regional economic development.Institutional innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for its sustainable development.This paper takes Henan Province as an example.Based on the measure of its industry agglomeration and regional institutional innovation ability level,thesis analyzes the interaction of them with several aspects.And based on the perspective of regional innovation system,we propose some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate industry agglomeration in Henan province.
