摘　　要：滇桂合作建设西南沿边自由贸易区是适应TPP和TTIP等多边协议、上海自贸区初建及国内自贸区申请热背景下的西南经济发展战略,符合中国—东盟自贸区建设的多方复杂现状及中国在西南边境的战略布局。Yunnan and Guangxi co-establishing an experimental FTA on southwest border area is an economy development strategy, which is adapting to the background of TPP and TTIP Multilateral Agreement are negotiating, SFTZ has already constructed newly and Free Trade Area application is becoming a hot point. This can be sure that the cooperation between Yunnan and Guangxi is according with the complex CAFTA construction condition and the strategic layout in Southwest in China
