摘　　要：俄罗斯入世后,黑龙江省对俄原木贸易面临重要发展机遇,但也必须面对日、韩等国家原木采购商的竞争以及黑龙江省对俄原木贸易企业走出去困难、规模小、抗风险能力弱等挑战。黑龙江省发展对俄原木贸易,应积极推动波格拉尼奇内-绥芬河模式上升到国家层面、建设物流通道、促进原木贸易专业化等,使得黑龙江对俄原木贸易前景可期。To Russian timber trade,Heilongjiang province faces important developing opprotunities after Russia＇s accession to WTO,But Heilongjiang province also faces major challenges,including the competition of procurement business from Japan,Korea and other countries for Russian timber,the small scale and weak anti-risk capability of Heilongjiang enterprises to the Russian timber trade opportunities,for which are difficult to go abroad etc. Heilongjiang Province should take a series of exploration for development of Russian timber trade such as pushing Pogue Ranicki-Suifenhe mode to national level,building logistics channels and promoting specialization of timber trade market etc.These will bring Heilongjiang province a brighter future in Russian timber trade.
