约瑟夫·奈“软实力”思想及其国内研究评析

摘　　要：约瑟夫·奈曾说他的"软实力"概念遭到了较多的误用。在国内相关研究中,人们对该概念及其奈的软实力思想的误解与滥用的现象十分普遍。解析其原因,一方面源于奈的软实力思想的内在缺陷性;另一方面源于人们无视软实力概念的国际政治属性,或忽视奈一再言明的软实力思想的核心观念,或在软实力价值判断上持二元取向。澄清国内研究中的一些误用,有助于我们进一步深化中国软实力建设研究。As the pioneer of ＂soft power＂concept and theory,Joseph Nye said his＂soft power＂concept is misunderstood and abused in many different occasions. And that is very common in relevant research in China. The reason is that on the one hand Nye＇s soft power thought has inherent defects,on the other hand some researchers ignore the international political attribute or ignore the core idea of soft power Nye repeatedly declared,or hold dualistic value judgment to soft power. Having a declaration of these misunderstandings and abuses in soft power aims to promote the construction of Chinese soft power.
