摘　　要：人口的性别结构是影响中国社会可持续发展的重要因素,性别失衡问题已经成为中国社会治理面临的重大问题;基于重大攻关课题"中国人口性别结构与社会可持续发展战略研究"的主要成果,以中国性别失衡与社会可持续发展的理论、实践与政策创新、人口性别结构研究为切入点,提出了研究人口发展与经济社会可持续发展的一种跨学科的研究范式与框架,系统分析了性别结构失衡产生的社会风险,研究了性别失衡对公共安全与社会稳定等社会可持续发展问题的影响,对性别失衡及其后果的综合治理进行深入系统的制度分析与战略研究;在此基础上,提出有针对性的、前瞻性的政策建议,从而有效减缓和预防性别失衡及其一系列的社会人口后果,降低社会风险、有力促进社会稳定,推进社会可持续发展。The population sex structure is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of China,and gender imbalance has become a significant issue faced by China＇ s social governance. Based on main results of the ＂ Research on the Strategy of China＇s Population Sex Structure and Sustainable Social Development＂,a key project of China＇s National Social Science Foundation,and taking China＇s gender imbalance and the theory,practice and policy innovation,and the study on the population sex structure as the starting point,we proposed an interdisciplinary research paradigm and framework for studying the population development and sustainable socio- economic development. Then,we made a systematic analysis on the social risks induced by the population gender imbalance. Moreover,we studied the impact of the gender imbalance on the issues of social sustainable development such as public security and social stability,and so forth,and made an in- depth systematic institutional analysis and strategic analysis on gender imbalance,its consequences and comprehensive governance. Based on the above,we proposed targeted prospective policy proposals to mitigate and prevent gender imbalance and a series of sociodemographic consequences,thus lowering social risks,energetically boosting social stability and propelling social sustainable development.
