摘 要:概要介绍国内外家畜生产追溯技术的起源、发展及其在生产中的应用,分析家畜追溯系统的构成要素,探讨肉羊生产中追溯系统的建立和目的,提出我国家畜和畜产品生产中可追溯系统所存在的问题,并对我国家畜和畜产品追溯系统的建立和完善提出了建议。The origin and development of traceable technologies of livestock production and their applications in the production at home and abroad were briefly introduced. The constitutional elements of livestock′s traceable system were analyzed. The establishment and objective of traceable system in the production of mutton sheep were discussed. The existing problems in the traceable system in the production of livestock and livestock products were pointed out. And some suggestions were given for establishing and perfecting the traceable system of livestock and livestock products in China.
