天芪平颤方化裁治疗帕金森病非运动症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天芪平颤方化裁治疗帕金森病(PD)非运动障碍的临床疗效。方法:将81例纳入的PD患者随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(40例),两组均常规使用西药治疗,治疗组加天芪平颤方化裁治疗,疗程3个月。采用统一PD评分量表(UPDRS)第I、II部分、PD非运动症状30问卷量表(NMSQuest)、PD生活质量评分(PIMS)评估PD患者治疗前后的参数变化,并对频度较高的非运动症状进行亚层分析。结果:治疗组在3个月随访时UPDRS I、II,NMSQuest以及PIMS评分均较基线有改善趋势;PD非运动障碍出现频度较高的依次为记忆减退,便秘,夜尿增多,失眠和丧失兴趣;治疗组便秘、耳鸣、夜尿增多积分下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天芪平颤方化裁治疗PD非运动障碍特定临床表现有较好疗效,可辅助改善PD患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effects of Tianqi Pingchan Fang （天芪平颤方, TQPCF） on the non-motor symptoms of PD. Methods： The 81 PD patients were randomly divided into treatment group （41 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group was given conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with TQPCF and conventional western medicine, both for 3 months. Using the unified PD Rating Scale （UPDRS） part FII, PD-NMSQuest and PIMS to assess the parameters in baseline and 3-months follow up. Results： The scores of UPDRS I/II, NMSQuest and PIMS improved in the treatment group in 3-months follow up compared with the baseline. Memory impairment, constipation, nocturia, insomnia and loss of interest were the top five non-motor symptoms（NMS） in PD. TQPCF can ameliorate constipation, nocturia and insomnia （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： TQPCF has good curative effect on some specific clinical manifestations of PD-NMS, and it can help to improve the quality of life in patients with PD.
