摘  要:目的:观察自拟热哮宁汤配合常规治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作期辨证为热哮证患者血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法:选择支气管哮喘急性发作期(辨证为热哮证)患者76例,随机分为两组。治疗组予热哮宁汤口服配合常规西医治疗;对照组予支气管扩张剂+糖皮质激素吸入为基础的常规治疗。治疗前和治疗3 d后测定肺通气功能FEV1和FEV1/FVC以观察临床疗效,并用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-4和IFN-γ的水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组IL-4水平明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),IFN-γ水平明显上升(P<0.01或P<0.05),且治疗组改变较对照组明显(P<0.01)。结论:热哮宁汤口服配合常规疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期热哮证患者有较好临床疗效,能改善患者IL-4和IFN-γ等细胞因子分泌。Objective: To observe the effects of conventional therapy combined with Rexiaoning decoction(热哮宁汤, RXND) on serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in acute asthmatics. Methods: The 76 patients with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy combined with RXND, while the control group was given conventional therapy with bronchodilators and glucocorticoid inhalation. The figures of FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC were measured before and after the three days treatment. The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were determined with ELISA. Resuits: Compared with control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher(P〈0.05). After the treatment, serum levels of IL-4 in both group decreased obviously(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), and that of IFN-γ, increased(P〈0.01 or P〈0. 05). The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: RXND combined with conventional therapy can get better efficacy on acute asthmatics, and can improve the secretion of cytokines.
