摘  要:目的:研究舒乐洗剂治疗VVC的作用机制。方法:建立ICR小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎模型,分组给药后分离提取小鼠阴道灌洗液总RNA,反转录成cDNA,采用RT-PCR技术,检测给药前后各组小鼠阴道分泌物中白念珠菌的毒力基因HWP1及SAP表达情况。结果:模型对照组小鼠阴道内白念珠菌毒力基因HWP1和侵袭酶SAP2、SAP4、SAP5呈高表达状态,与模型组比较,舒乐洗剂组小鼠HWP1基因和侵袭酶SAP2、SAP4、SAP5的表达显著降低。结论:舒乐洗剂能够抑制毒力基因HWP1和SAP的表达,可能是其治疗VVC的作用机制。Objective: To study the mechanism of Shule lotion (舒乐洗剂) in the treatment of VVC. Methods: After the ICR mice model of candida albicans vaginitis were established, they were divided into different groups and given different drugs. Through reversing RNA from mouse vaginal lavage fluid into cDNA, we tested the expression of virulence gene HWP1 and SAP from vaginal secretion in each group before and after treatment by RT-PCR. Results: The vaginal candida albicans virulence genes HWP1 and invasion enzymes SAP2, SAP4 and SAP5 in the model group showed high expression. While compared with the model group, the expression of virulence genes HWP1 and invasion enzymes of SAP2, SAP4 and SAP5 decreased significant- ly in Shule lotion group. Conclusion: Shule lotion can inhibit the expression of virulence gene HWP1 and SAP, and this may be the mechanism of Shule lotion treating VVC.
