论菲华社会的笔战与菲华报刊发展

摘　　要：受清末民初中国政论报刊的影响,菲华报刊亦有笔战传统,且至今不辍。早期笔战主要因党争而起,而菲华文学作者和菲华报人则一直是笔战的主力。他们既是文学精英、文化精英,亦是社会精英,时时关注着菲华社会的政治和公共事务问题。菲华报刊笔战频仍虽然也客观上反映出菲华社会山头众多、门户之见深重等问题,但在维护华社利益等重大问题上,笔战则充分发挥了华社喉舌的作用,成为为华社维权的舆论先锋。笔战促进了菲华报刊的发展,传播着中华文化,也催醒了华社的主体意识、族群意识,促使华社不断走向团结,走向发展。Because of the influence of Chinese newspapers＇ political comment in the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the Philippine Chinese newspaper had a tradition in written polemics. It has continued upto now. Because of the conflict between the different parties, the Philippine Chinese litterateurs and journalists are the main force in the early stage of written polemics. They are cultural elites and socialite, focusing on the political events and public affairs of the Philippine Chinese community and becoming the spectators. Although too many written polemics show the dif- ferent weaknesses of Philippine Chinese community objectively, the written polemics will be the leader and safeguard of the Philippine Chinese community when the benefit of the Philippine Chinese has been threatened, In brief remarks, the written polemics has promoted the development of Philippine Chinese newspapers, brought the Chinese culture to the Philippines, awakened the Chinese organization. At last, the written polemics makes the the Chinese organization unite and develop.
