摘　　要：从经济规模、结构升级和外向程度三个维度对我国特大城市中央商务区(CBD)建设进行了回顾,在对比CBD发展阶段和外部条件差异、产业选择和区域分工差异、开发模式与要素集聚化差异等研究的基础上,总结了CBD差异化发展的特有规律,认为该过程实现是特大城市结构调整的必要阶段。最后,针对特大城市CBD差异化发展的指导思想、管理组织和政府职责转变等具体实践提出了建议。This paper first reviews the CBD development in China＇s megalopolis in three dimensions： economic scale, structural upgrading and thedegree of foreign orientation. Then, based on the comparison between CBD development phases and external environmental difference, difference of line of industry and regional division, development patterns and factor concentration difference, this paper summarizes the unique norms in the diversified development of CBD, and considers this process as the neeessary step in the megalopolis structural adjustment. At last, this paper puts forward some specific suggestion on the diversified development of megalopolis from the aspects of the guidelines, managerial organization and governmental role transformation, etc.
