摘　　要：根据农业院校分子生物学实验课程现状,对分子生物学实验课程进行综合性教学改革。以一个综合性实验为例,尝试新的教学方法。综合性实验具有学生自主性强、综合实验技术多等特点,取得了较好的教学效果。在今后农业院校分子生物学实验教学中,应多开发综合性实验教学内容和采用综合性实验教学模式。According to the situation of Molecular Biology experiment course in agricultural universities,comprehensive teaching experiment reform of molecular biology experiment was conducted.Taking a comprehensive experiment for example,new teaching methods were tried out.The comprehensive experiment has many characteristics such as strong autonomy of student,with more comprehensive experiment technology and so on,and achieved good teaching results.Thus,in the future agricultural universities Molecular Biology experiment teaching should develop more comprehensive experiment teaching content and use the comprehensive experimental teaching mode.
