不同基质对大叶女贞苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为了更好选择适合大叶女贞生长的育苗基质,采用腐叶土、园土、河沙配比进行大叶女贞育苗试验,比较了不同配比基质对大叶女贞的地径、苗高、总叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,河沙:园土:腐叶土配比为1:1:1的基质育苗效果最好,3次测量平均苗高为139.8cm,地径为0.92cm,总叶绿素含量为2.4,可在生产中推广使用。In order to select the suitable for Ligusrtun Lucidun Ait growth of medium,Using Leaf Mould, garden soil, riversand ratio for Seedling Cultivation ,Comparison of the different ratio medium of Ligusrtun Lucidun Ait ground diameter, seedling height, total chlorophyll content,The results show that the form H3 （riversand∶garden soil∶Leaf Mould=1∶1∶1）is the best one among the four treatments,Three measuring average shoot height is 139.8 cm, 0.92 CM in diameter,total chlorophyll content was 2.4,It could be popularized in the produc-tion.
