摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染患者外周血中Th17及Th22细胞的改变。方法收集HP感染者66例(HP感染组)及体检健康者30例(对照组),采用流式细胞术检测外周血中Th17与Th22细胞水平,同时采用ELISA法检测血清中IL-17与IL-22的表达水平。结果与对照组比较,HP感染组Th17、Th22、IL-17、IL-22水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,HP感染患者的HP感染者活度值(DPM)与Th17、Th22、IL-17、IL-22水平均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论HP感染患者体内存在Th17与Th22细胞的激活,同时引起相关免疫效应分子IL-17、IL-22的高表达,促进免疫损害的进展。Objective To investigate the changes of Th17 and Th22cells in patients with Helicobacter pylori（HP）infection.Methods 66 cases of HP infection（HP infection group）and 30 cases of healthy people（control group）were selected.The levels of Th17 and Th22cells in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry and the level of IL-17 and IL-22 in serum were measured by ELISA.Results Comparing with the control group,the levels of Th17,Th22,IL-17 and IL-22 were significantly increased in HP infection group（P〈0.05）.The correlation analysis showed that the levels of Th17,Th22,IL-17 and IL-22 were significantly positive correlated with DPM（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Th17 and Th22cells were actived in patients with HP infection,which caused the high expression of immune effector molecules,and promoted the progress of immune damage.
