不同检测系统红细胞比容测定结果的评价

摘　　要：目的以微量离心法(方法1)为参考方法,评价不同型号血细胞分析仪[Sysmex800i(方法2)、Sysmex1000i(方法3)、XE-2100D(方法4)]检测红细胞比容(HCT)的一致性。方法收集63例新鲜全血标本分别采用三台血细胞分析仪和方法1对HCT进行测定,试验前对三台血细胞分析仪进行了校准验证。结果对方法2、方法3和方法4与方法1测得的HCT结果进行相关分析,相关系数分别为0.874 4、0.951 2和0.955 5。以方法1为参考方法对三台血细胞分析仪进行临床可接受性能评价,只有方法4检测的HCT结果在两个医学决定水平处不可被接受。结论定期对不同血细胞分析仪进行可比性研究,能有效保证检测结果的可靠性。Objective Using microcentrifugation method（method 1）as the reference method,to evaluate the consistency of the hematocrit（HCT）results detected by different types of blood cell analyzers[Sysmex800i（method 2）,Sysmex1000i（method 3）,XE-2100D（method 4）].Methods 63 cases of fresh whole blood samples were collected and detected by three blood cell analyzers and method 1.And the three blood cell analyzers had been calibrated before the tests.Results The correlation analysis of HCT results of method 2,method 3,and method 4with method 1showed the coefficients were 0.874 4,0.951 2and 0.955 5,respectively.Using method 1as the reference method,the clinical acceptability of three blood cell analyzers were evaluated.The HCT result detected by method 4was unacceptable at two clinical decision levels.Conclusion Investigating the comparability among different blood cell analyzers regularly can effectively guarantee the reliability of test results.
