田振国教授治疗小儿脱肛病经验初探

摘　　要：田振国教授为全国首批中医肛肠学科名专家、辽宁省名中医、国务院特殊津贴享受者,从事肛肠专业医疗、教学及科研工作40余年,对各种肛肠科疾病均有独到见解。尤其是对小儿脱肛这种公认的肛肠科难治性疾病,田师更有深刻体会。田师认为,小儿脱肛的病因病机比较复杂,应从中西医两方面综合加以认识。中医多由气血不足,气虚下陷所致,西医多由肛提肌和盆底肌薄弱或肛门括约肌松弛所致。治疗则应视病情不同,因人而异。治法则经常采用补中益气、清热利湿、熏洗外敷、针灸推拿、注射疗法。Professor TIAN Zhenguo is the national first batch rectum special grade expert of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the Liaoning province famous doctors of TCM and the State Council special allowance enjoyment.He has been engaged in the rectum specialized medical service,the teaching and the scientific research for more than 40 remaining years.He has the original opinion to each kind of rectum branch disease.In particular to pediatric rectocele,Professor TIAN has the profound experience.He thought pathogens and pathogenesis of pediatric rectocele is quite complex.Thinking from Chinese medicine,insufficient vitality and the lacking in vital energy are the causes.From western medicine,most of the diseases result from anus levator and trough bottom muscle weak or anus sphincter relaxation.Treating this disease should regard the various conditions.He uses the following methods of treatment frequently,for example,reinforcing middle-Jiao and replenishing Qi,clearing heat and dispelling dampness,steaming and washing,external entripsis,acupuncture-moxibustion,Tuina therapy and injection therapy.
