中药热奄包外敷联合TDP照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热奄包外敷联合TDP照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组各40例。对照组口服醋氯芬酸缓释片,0.2 g/次,1次/d,连服15 d;观察组采用中药热奄包外敷联合TDP照射的方法,连续治疗15 d。比较分析两组治疗前后Lequesne指数变化情况及总有效率。结果:治疗前两组Lequesne指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过15 d治疗后两组Lequesne指数均低于治疗前,并且治疗组比对照组改变更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包外敷联合TDP照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效可靠。Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group orally took Aceclofenac Sustained-release Tablets,0.2 g/time,once a day,and even served 15 days.The observation group patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao by external application combined with TDP irradiation for 15 consecutive days.A comparative analysis of the two groups before and after treatment of Lequesne index and total efficiency was carried out.Results：Lequesne index between the two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P 0.05）.After 15 days treatment,Lequesne indexes in two groups were lower than those before treatment and the treatment group＇s changed more significantly than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is reliable.
