肾俞命门穴透刺和罐法治疗溶疱期带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较肾俞命门穴透刺和罐法与单纯西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将80例带状疱疹的病人随机分成两组(透刺组和西药组)。西药用口服维生素B1、B12、泛昔洛韦片,止痛用卡马西平片。透刺组采用肾俞命门穴透刺和起针后肾俞穴拔罐的方法,不用药。观察疗程7 d,从开始治疗始第30、60、90日随访后遗神经痛(PHN)发生例数。结果:透刺组愈显率(痊愈率+显效率)100%,无PHN发生。西药组愈显率67.5%,PHN发生率20%(P<0.01)。结论:肾俞命门穴透刺和罐法疗效明显优于单纯西药。Objective：To contrast the therapeutic effect of Shenshu-Mingmen penetration acupunture with cupping and the simple western medicine therapy.Methods：80 patients with acute hepers zoster were randomly separated by penetration acupunture group and western medicine group.The western medicines were VitaminB1,VitaminB12,Famciclovir Tablet and Carbamazepine Table.The penetration acupunture group used Shenshu-Mingmen penetration acupunture and cupping on Shenshu acupiont after taking out the needles.It needn＇t any medicine.The course of treatment was seven days.The follow-up visit was 30 days,60 days,90 days after the beginning of the therapy.Results：The excellence effect rate,healing rate and PHN rate of western medicine group were 67.5%,20% and those of penetration acupunture group were 100%（P0.01）.There was no PHN patient in penetration acupunture group.Conclution：The therapeutic effect of Shenshu-Mingmen penetration acupunture is obviously better than that of the simple western medicine group.
