摘　　要：从数据链发展动因和发展进程,提出了数据链作战应用能力是通过格式化消息及其处理软件实现的观点;从分析提取数据链层次结构、格式化消息体系结构入手,以解决异构平台数据链集成应用为目标,创新提出了数据链战术应用功能实现方法;最后分析了影响数据链作战运用效能的因素。According to the motivation and process of data link development, an opinion about realizing tactical function using format message and its processing software are put forward. The design method for tactical function in association with data link layer and format message architecture is particularly pro- posed. Also, the factors that affect the effectiveness of data link operation are analyzed.
