摘  要:目的:探讨红花对青春期前大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸组织在青春期前后的组织学改变以及精子生成情况。方法:42只健康雄性青春期前SD大鼠随机均分为假手术对照组(A组,n=14)、睾丸扭转复位组(B组,n=14)和睾丸扭转复位+红花组(C组,n=14)。按Turner法建立左侧睾丸扭转模型,三组大鼠分别于术后1周及8周时处死7只,即刻采集各组大鼠右侧睾丸标本行组织病理学观察,术后8周时同时取附睾尾部行精子计数及活动率测定。结果与B组相比,术后1周时C组平均曲细精管直径(MSTD)增大,睾丸结构评分降低;术后8周时C组生精上皮层数增多,平均曲细精管直径增大,睾丸组织结构评分降低,同时附睾精子密度与活动率明显升高,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论红花能够减轻青春期前大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸组织损伤,使附睾精子生成显著增多。Objective:To investigate the effect of safflower injection on the histological changes and spermatogenesis of the contralateral testis in prepuberty after unilateral testicular torsion in prepubertal rats. Methods :42 prepubertal male Sprague -Dawley rats were equally randomized into group A (sham- operation control) ,group B (torsion/detorsion) and group C (torsion/detorsion plus Safflower Injection) ,with 14 rats in each. The testicular torsion/detorsion model was established by the Turner method. Rats in each group were sacrificed in the first week and 8th week after operation. Histopathological observation was performed on the right testis. Sperm counting and activity analysis were performed in epididymis. Results : Compared with group B ,significant differences were between MSTD and testicular histological score of group C in the first week after operation. Also there were significant differences between seminiferous epithelial layers, MSTD and testicular his- tological score of group C in 8th week after operation. Sperm concentration of epididymis and sperm motility in rats of torsion group was also increased significantly. Collusion:Safflower Injection can reduce the damages of contralateral testis after u- nilateral testicular torsion in prepubertal rats and increase the spermatogenesis remarkably.
