八角茴香水提物理气止痛的实验研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：目的:观察八角茴香水提物理气止痛的作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体法、热板致小鼠疼痛法及小鼠离体肠段实验进行理气止痛的实验研究。结果:八角茴香水提物对二甲苯诱导的耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体、热板所致小鼠疼痛均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);终浓度为10、20mg/mL八角茴香水提物在给药后的15 min内均能显著降低小鼠正常肠段的收缩能力,并可使在乙酰胆碱(Ach)和氯化钡(BaCl2)作用下的肠肌收缩张力减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:八角茴香水提物可通过抗炎、镇痛及松弛肠收缩起到理气止痛的作用。Objective ： To study the regulating qi and analgesic effects of the water extract of Illicium Verum. Methods ： The anti - inflammatory effects of I11icium Verum were investigated by xylene - induced auricle swelling in mice and analgesic effects of were investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice and we tested mice isolated intestines to research whether the Illicium Verum had the regulating qi and analgesic effects. Results ： The water extract of Illicium Verum can obviously inhibited the pinna swelling of mouse induced by xylene and the torsion body of rats, decrease pain threshold induced by hot plate method, and the final concentrations were l0 mg and 20 mg crude drugs · mL^-1. The water extract of Illicium Verum can obviously reduce the contractility of normal mice intestinal smooth muscles in 15 min after administration with a dosedependent manner （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and under the effects of acetylcholine and barium chloride. It also can decline the contractility of normal mice intestinal smooth muscles （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The water extract of Illicium Verum has anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect and can relax the intestinal smooth muscles.
