摘  要:目的:于潜产白术挥发油的化学成分研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白术挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其成分,以离子流色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的百分含量。结果:共检测出41个色谱峰,鉴定出其中37个化合物,占挥发油总量的90%。其中含量高于1%的共有12个,并以苍术酮的含量最高(26.302%)。结论:于潜产白术挥发油中主要成分为苍术酮,这与已报道市售白术、湖南白术、河北白术挥发油中化学成分有一定差异。本研究为不同产地白术的开发应用研究奠定基础。Objective : To study the chemical components of volatile oil of Baizhu cultivated in Yuqian. Method : Water steam distillation was used for the extraction of volatile oil of Baizhu and GC - MS was used for the analysis of its chemical components and the method of ionic chromatographic peak area normalization was used for the calculation of relative percentage of its chemical components. Results :41 peaks were identified from volatile oil of Baizhu and a total of 37 kinds of chemical components accounting for 90% of all the peaks were identified. Among them, 12 compounds were measured over 1% and atractylone was the richest with contents of 26. 302%. Conclusion : The major component of volatile oil of Baizhu is atractylone,which is diffrent to the commercially available Baizhu,Baizhu of cultivated Hunan and Hebei. The study lays a foundation for the development and application study of Baizhu from diffrent producing areas.
