低蛋白低胆碱饮食加游泳诱导脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠胃肠功能的改变

摘　　要：目的:研究低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳对大鼠胃肠功能方面的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低蛋白低胆碱组,每组20只。空白对照组大鼠给予纯化饲料喂养;低蛋白低胆碱组大鼠给予低蛋白低胆碱的饲料喂养,同时负重力竭游泳,连续喂养60天。检测大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率、胃排空率、小肠推进率、血清胃泌素及血清淀粉酶含量。结果:与空白对照组相对比,低蛋白低胆碱饮食大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率显著降低(P<0.01),小肠推进率、血清胃泌素也出现降低(P<0.05)。结论:低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳会导致大鼠胃肠功能的减退。Objective ：To explore effects on gastrointestinal functions of ra with low -protein and low -choline diet plus swimming. Methods ： Divide 40 rats into the control group and low - protein and low - choline group, each with 20 ; rats in control group were given purification feed ; while rats in low - protein and low - choline group were given low - protein and low - choline feed, and daily loaded swimming until exhausted; for totally 60 days. Test excretion rate of D - xylose in urine,rate of gastric emptying, propulsive rate of intestines, serum gastrin levels and serum amylase content. Results ： Compared with the control group, excretion rate of D - xylose in urine of rats in low - protein and low - choline group tended to decrease significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; propulsive rate of intestines, serum gastrin levels also tended to decrease （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Rat with low -protein and low- choline diet plus swimming has gastrointestinal hypofunction.
