摘  要:目的:研究低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳对大鼠胃肠功能方面的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低蛋白低胆碱组,每组20只。空白对照组大鼠给予纯化饲料喂养;低蛋白低胆碱组大鼠给予低蛋白低胆碱的饲料喂养,同时负重力竭游泳,连续喂养60天。检测大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率、胃排空率、小肠推进率、血清胃泌素及血清淀粉酶含量。结果:与空白对照组相对比,低蛋白低胆碱饮食大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率显著降低(P<0.01),小肠推进率、血清胃泌素也出现降低(P<0.05)。结论:低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳会导致大鼠胃肠功能的减退。Objective :To explore effects on gastrointestinal functions of ra with low -protein and low -choline diet plus swimming. Methods : Divide 40 rats into the control group and low - protein and low - choline group, each with 20 ; rats in control group were given purification feed ; while rats in low - protein and low - choline group were given low - protein and low - choline feed, and daily loaded swimming until exhausted; for totally 60 days. Test excretion rate of D - xylose in urine,rate of gastric emptying, propulsive rate of intestines, serum gastrin levels and serum amylase content. Results : Compared with the control group, excretion rate of D - xylose in urine of rats in low - protein and low - choline group tended to decrease significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; propulsive rate of intestines, serum gastrin levels also tended to decrease ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Rat with low -protein and low- choline diet plus swimming has gastrointestinal hypofunction.
