摘　　要：冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(简称:冠心病),指冠状动脉粥样硬化使血管狭窄或阻塞,或(和)因冠状动脉功能性改变(痉挛)导致心肌缺血缺氧或坏死而引起的心脏病。随着人们生活水平的提高、工作节奏的加快及饮食文化的改变等,冠心病发病率均居各种心脏病之首,即心血管疾病的发生与人们的生活及生活方式密切相关,又被称为现代文明病。基本病机为气虚血瘀,病性属本虚标实。综而观之,本病与中焦脾胃斡旋气血环环相扣,鉴古知来,由历代医家及现代研究来探讨冠心病的发生发展,并总结郭维琴教授治疗冠心病的学术思想相关经验。Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （CAD） is a heart disease occurred by narrowing the arteries and reducing blood flow to the heart or lesion in function of coronary artery ,which leads to ischemia and necrosis of the myocardial cells, such as cerebral palsy. With the improvement of people＇s living standard, the quickening pace at work and changes in diet culture, the incidence of CAD is on the top of heart diseases. It means that cardiovascular disease is related to the way we live. Accordingly,it~ the reason why we called it modern civilization disease. The situation of this disease is bound up with the heart, and the heart is relevant to the spleen and the stomach. In Xiongbi or Xintong, the emphasis is the weakness of vital - qi and blood stasis obstructing in the heart, which is syndrome of deficiency Ben and excessive Biao. All in all, CAD is closely linked to the spleen and the stomach which pertains to the middle -Jiao and governs qi and blood. This article not only consists of doctors through the ages and modern researches to explore the progression of coronary artery disease,but also discusses the experiences of GUO Weiqin about treating CAD patients by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.
