摘 要:目的:探讨仙灵骨葆治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果。方法:2011年1月—2013年1月医院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者120例,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组均行椎体成形术,术后给予西医抗骨质疏松药物治疗,包括:钙尔奇D、福善美、降钙素、密固达。观察组在此基础上加用仙灵骨葆。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、骨密度及椎体后凸Cobb角,并评价疗效。结果:观察组显效率为78.3%(47/60),对照组为50.0%(30/60),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.56,P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分及骨密度均较治疗前明显升高(t=8.87、5.95、5.34、4.78,P<0.05),观察组较对照组升高更为显著(t=4.21、4.20,P<0.05)。两组治疗后椎体后凸Cobb角均较治疗前显著降低(t=8.87、5.95,P<0.05),两组比较观察组显著低于对照组(t=4.21,P<0.05),观察组椎体后凸Cobb角恢复率显著高于对照组(t=4.36,P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆用于治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折可有效缓解疼痛,增加骨密度,促进骨折恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective : To explore the effect of Xianling Gubao capsules in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: 120 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The two groups both received vertehroplasty, after that treated with anti osteoporosis drugs,including: Caltrate D, Fosamax, calcitonin, aclasta. The observation group was given Xianling Gubao capsules based on this. The VAS score, bone density and vertebral kyphosis Cobb angle of two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the effect was evaluated. Results: The significant efficiency of observation group was 78.3% (47/60) and that of the control group was 50% (30/60). The difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 7.56,P 〈 0.05). The ~AS score and bone density were significantly enhanced in two groups after the treatment ( t = 8.87,5.95,5.34,4.78, P 〈 0.05 ) and the observation group' s increased more significantly than that in the control group (t =4.21,4.20,P 〈0.05). The vertebral Cobb angle in two groups after treatment decreased significantly than those before treatment (t = 8.87,5.95 ,P 〈 0.05) and the observation groupg were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t = 4.21, P 〈 0.05 ). The observation group's vertebral Cobb angle recovery rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 4.36, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Xianling Gubao capsules for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures could be effective in relieving pain, increase bone density and promote fracture recovery. It is worthy of clinical application.
