《妇科採珍》用药规律分析

摘　　要：《妇科採珍》是清代乾嘉年间山西代州人冯晋台所著,该书精辟论述了妇科经、胎、产病症,辑录调经、胎前及产后病症共159症,涉及方剂137首,中药187种,是一部理、法、方、药具备的妇科专著。参照《本草纲目》,以《中华人民共和国药典》及《中药学》用的名称为正名,对清代绛州地忍堂乔藏板木刻本《妇科採珍》所辑录方剂用药中涉及的同药异名的药物进行归类,归类后共199种药物。采用数理统计方法,对其用药频率、药物功效及药性进行统计分析。结果表明,冯氏临证用药以温性、甘性、归脾肝肾经、补益类药物为多,体现了冯氏用药比较平和,注重温煦气血、补益扶正,重视肝脾肾。Fu Ke Cai Zhen was written by Feng Jintai who was the medical scholar of Shanxi province, in Qing dynasty. This book elaborates the disorders of menstruation, pregnancy and parturition, collects 159 disorders of menstruation,those before pregnancy and after delivery ,involves 173 formulas and 187 kinds of Chinese herbs. It is the gynecologic treaties on theory, principle, method and medicines. In references to Compendium of material medica, Chinese pharmacopoeia and science of Chinese material medica,those medicines with the different terms involved in the medication of this book, engraved version of Qing dynasty were classified. Totally 199 kinds of medicines were collected. Based on mathematical statistics method,in terms of medication frequency, medicine actions and property, the analytic results were collected statistically. The resuits indicated the medicines are warm in property, sweet in flavor, acting on spleen,liver and kidney meridians and mostly classified into the category of tonifying medicine. It is concluded that Feng Jintai prefers neutral medication,focuses on wanning and tonifying qi and blood, strengthening antipathogenic qi and regulating liver, spleen and kidney functions.
