新疆农村维吾尔族和哈萨克族血脂异常患者知信行干预效果评价

摘　　要：为探讨新疆农村少数民族人群血脂异常患者开展健康教育干预活动,评价血脂异常的干预效果。采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取新疆喀什伽师县、伊犁新源县18岁及以上的常住少数民族血脂异常患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组实施3年的健康教育干预活动。结果显示,干预后干预组与对照组血脂知识平均知晓率分别为21.8%、8.1%,信念平均形成率分别为17.2%、5.5%,行为平均形成率分别为6.0%、3.6%。两组血脂知识得分分别为(2.55±2.49)分、(0.92±1.27)分,态度得分分别为(2.07±1.59)分、(0.64±0.95)分;行为得分分别为(0.68±1.02)分、(0.40±0.75)分;总平均分分别为(5.29±4.10)分、(1.96±2.14)分,且两组均有差异(P<0.01)。由此可知,新疆农村地区少数民族人群血脂异常患者的血脂异常知识、态度和行为水平极低,持续有效的健康教育可以提高其血脂异常的知识、态度和行为水平。To evaluate the effects of health education interventions among dyslipidemia patients of Uygurs and Kazakhs in Xinjiang,the cluster random sampling was used to collect the dyslipidemia patients among Uygur and Kazakhs aged 18 and over from Jiashi and Xinyuan county of Xinjiang.The eases were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The health education intervention measurements were conducted on the intervention group in the past 3 years.The results showed that after the intervention activities, the average levels of dyslipidemia knowledge in the intervention group and control group were 21.8%,8.1% respectively,the attitude were 17.2%,5.5% respectively and behaviors were 6.0%,3.6% respectively.The scores of two group on dyslipidemia knowledge were （2.55~ 2.49）, （0.92＋1.27） respectively, that of the attitude were （2.07＋1.59）, （0.64＋0.95） respectively,and the score of the behavior were （0.68~ 1.02）,（0.40~0.75） respectively,the total average scores were （5.29~4.10）,（1.96~2.14） respectively （P〈0.01）.The conclusion was that the levels of dyslipidemia knowledge,attitude and behaviors were very low in the rural dyslipidemia patients of Uygurs and Kazakhs in Xinjiang,sustained health education were effective way to improve the levels of the dyslipidemia knowledge,attitude and behaviors.
