苦豆子茎秆中生物碱类化学成分研究

摘　　要：为研究新疆苦豆子茎秆中生物碱类化学成分。采用酸水提取法提取苦豆子茎秆中的生物碱,采用多种柱层析、重结晶方法分离纯化,运用化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果显示,从苦豆子茎秆中共分离得到5个生物碱,分别鉴定为槐啶碱(1)、槐果碱(2)、槐胺碱(3)、黄华碱(4)和左旋-O-乙酰基膺靛叶碱(5)。本研究中的化合物5为首次从本植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids from the stalks of Sophora alopecuroides in Xinjiang, acid water was used to extract the alkaloids from the stems of Sophora alopecuroids.Compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization,and the structure of compounds were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The resuhs showed that five compounds were isolated from the stalks of Sophora alopecuroides and identified as：l. sophoridine,2.sophocarpine,3.sophoramine,4.thermopsine and 5.（-）-O-acetylbaptifoline.The conclusion was that（-）-O-acetylbaptifoline was isolated from this plant for the first time.
