摘　　要：目的构建一套实用有效的、适用于肿瘤专科医院护理质量评价的指标体系。方法基于"结构-过程-结果"模式,应用德尔菲法通过2轮专家函询确定指标体系。结果 22名护理专家参加本研究,2轮函询专家积极系数85.2%、95.7%,权威系数0.89,肯德尔和谐系数0.26、0.33。最终确定的肿瘤专科医院护理质量评价指标体系包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,三级指标56项。结论函询专家积极性和权威程度高,对指标意见集中,函询结果可靠。最终确定的指标体系可测量性强,突出了肿瘤护理专科特点。Objective To develop an effective and practical nursing quality evaluation system for cancer hospital. Methods Based on the structure-process-outcome quality paradigm, a nursing quality evaluation system for cancer hospital was constructed by using a two-round Delphi Method. Results Twenty-two nursing experts were involved in the study. The response rate was 85. 2 % for round one and 95.7 % for round two;the authority coefficient was 0.89, and the Kendall＇s coefficient of concordance was 0.26 for round one and 0.33 for round two. The final evaluation system contained 3 domains, 10 subdimensions, and 56 items. Conclusion The consensus of experts is reliable, which can be confirmed from involvement and authority of experts. The final evaluation sys- tem is practical and states distinguish features of oncology nursing.
